To get this, a leader must have the team’s trust, admiration, and recognition.

Furthermore, a leader must be able to create a strategy, set targets, plan, execute, and follow up on every new task. The team should understand that these approaches result from the leader’s experience, maturity as a team player, and ability to execute tasks thoughtfully and efficiently.

Ultimately, it is the leader’s responsibility to guide their team toward success, and they must lead by example to do so.
