Wellbeing, self-care, and mental/physical health is an “investment” we all need to make. The pandemic crisis made this more obvious to all of us and many people tried to look for what they need to improve their self-care, but the lack of offers and online and scattered information made it harder to do it in a frictionless way.

It is actually very hard to find the best wellness, beauty, and fitness services, book and pay for them online. This is actually a problem I found hard for myself, finding it hard to find, book, and pay online for self-care services around me.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? The demand for wellbeing is high and increasing… but the online offer is not there!

We all have busy lives, and the decision to take better care of ourselves normally happens after working hours and weekends, or if we need a fast service, last minute, we do not have the time to find a service, call them and wait for someone to pick up the phone, hoping we do not have to call 2 or 3 other options due to the lack of available schedules that align with ours.

Actually, there are great companies that offer online booking services, but 95% of them are software companies offering booking managers with fixed costs, mainly for merchants to manage their existing business.

Being the Wellness and Beauty sectors still a bit behind today’s digital needs, business owners are hesitant to invest in a tool to manage bookings, especially when they are used to managing bookings with pen and paper.
